  • 8-10 years experience overall
  • 4+ years working with Micro Focus ALM/ALM Octane (previously HP ALM)
  • Extensive knowledge of MF ALM from installation, configuration, operation to maintenance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility in learning other tools and providing implementation advice
Job Responsibilities
  • Support in sales/pre-sales discussions with tool expertise, estimates, and technical information
  • Provide demos of assigned tools to prospective customers
  • Understand customer needs and provide evaluations across alternative tools
  • Produce data sheets on different tools
  • Train delivery teams on implementation and usage of tools
  • Get certifications for self and for identified members of the organization
  • Interact with product vendors on support tickets, clarifications, etc. from prospects/delivery teams
