TED provides a structured visualization of project data needed to understand and intelligently make improvements that optimize the entire end-to-end delivery process based on the selected Value Stream.
TED dashboard allows two perspectives of the dashboard.
- Health Dashboard and
- Project Dashboard
The health dashboard provides a holistic view of every project's health at a glance - allowing you to measure, monitor, and evaluate each project's maturity.

Select the value stream to get an individual summarized project status report and the project score rate of the projects tagged to the selected value stream.

Each tile representing the project status is stemmed from a set of pre-defined metrics. To bring up the granularity within each project status and for easy summarization, TED sums up these pre-defined metrics in four sections.

Overall App Score – analyzes the overall performance of your project.
Sprint Completion Rate - measures the delivery against the planned tasks.
Pipeline Health – analyses the project delivering quality.
Sprint Quality – measures the deliverables to meet the acceptance criteria.
![]() | You can configure the weightage parameters to these metrics but cannot view/edit these metrics. |
To enable easy identification, TED uses color codes to represent these scores, based on the weightage set by the user.
Red – critical, needs an immediate call to action (Score: 0 - 5).
Orange – is almost on the verge and needs attention (Score: 5 - 8).
Green – in progress as scheduled (Score 8 – 10).
View Summary provides greater insight into the metrics.

TED enables you to dynamically choose and customize the pre-defined metrics based on your requirements. To configure refer to Configuring the Health Dashboard Metrics.
